This Privacy Notice explains how Who's Next Boxing & Performance (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Important: this website is a marketing page only. The coaching itself is delivered through Trainerize, a third-party platform that collects and handles most of your personal and health information under its own privacy policy. Please read that policy as well when you become a client.
1. Who we are
Who's Next Boxing & Performance is an online boxing and performance coaching business based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. ABN to be confirmed. You can contact us about privacy at hello@whosnextperformance.com.
2. What personal information we collect
Through this website:we don’t collect personal information directly through this page. We don’t have sign-up forms here — every call to action sends you to Trainerize. We may collect limited, non-identifying technical and usage data through analytics (see section 8), and any details you choose to give us if you contact us directly (e.g. by email or social media).
When you become a client (via Trainerize):the information you provide to sign up and be coached, which may include your name and contact details, payment details (processed by Trainerize and its payment providers — we don’t store your card details), and health, fitness and lifestyle information you provide so your program can be built safely and effectively.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you (when you contact us, or sign up and communicate through Trainerize).
- Through Trainerize, the platform that delivers the coaching.
- Through social media if you interact with us there (e.g. Instagram).
4. Why we use your information
- To provide and manage your coaching and respond to your enquiries.
- To build, deliver and adjust your training and nutrition programming.
- To process payments (through Trainerize and its payment providers).
- To improve this website and our services.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Trainerize — the coaching platform (and its payment providers).
- Our website host (Vercel) and, if enabled, our analytics provider.
- Instagram / Behold — our Instagram feed is shown via an embedded widget.
- Others where required or permitted by law.
6. Overseas storage
Some of these providers (including Trainerize and our website host) store data on servers located overseas, such as in the United States. By using our services you acknowledge your information may be handled outside Australia.
7. Health and sensitive information
Health and fitness information is sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent and use it solely to provide your coaching safely. You can decline to provide it, but that may limit how safely or effectively we can coach you.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the page (for example, which sections are viewed). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Where information is held in third-party platforms (such as Trainerize), it is also protected under their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@whosnextperformance.com. Information held within Trainerize can also be viewed and updated through the app, under their policy.
11. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first at hello@whosnextperformance.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date above.
